WIn P50,000 - Palmolive Naturals

Submission of entries is from February 15 to March 15, 2012. 

Winners will be determined on March 30, 2012.

A. For Contestants

• Open to all residents of the Philippines, excluding professional film-makers.
• Participants must be fans of the Palmolive Naturals Facebook fan page. They can be a fan by clicking the “Like” button of said page.
• Participants must create a group composing of at most five (5) members.
• Participants must create a video and send their own creative version of the Palmolive Naturals Twin Sachet Television Commercial (video can be accessed thru the fan page, for reference). While it doesn’t have to be a direct lift of the TVC, please incorporate following guidelines:
  • Video should be able to include and capture the message: “Bawat cut sapat, bawat wash ganda.”
  • Video should be able to include the signature “kawaii”pose/visual. 
  • Video must be a maximum length of 2 minutes. It should be in mpeg, mov, mp4, avi or wmv format and must not exceed 10 MB
  • All submissions will be screened. Video statements should not contain profanity, malicious, seditious, obscene, political and religious comments/content, or statements that are derogatory or offensive to Colgate-Palmolive, its products, other people, or groups. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify video statements in violation of this criterion.
  • Valid entries will be uploaded on the fan page without need of prior permission from the owners and/or the people in the video
• Entries must be sent to palmolive_naturals@yahoo.com with the following information:

    • Age
    • School (if applicable)
    • Home Address
    • Email Address
    • Telephone / Mobile Number
    • Name of Group Members
    If the participant is under 18 yrs. old, he/she should include his/her parent’s/guardians name along with their telephone number and e-mail. The parent/s or legal guardians of minor participants will be contacted by Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, Inc. (“Colgate-Palmolive”) to get their verbal consent as soon as an entry is submitted. Confirmation via e-mail will be done by filling-up and sending back a waiver form that a Colgate-Palmolive representative will be sending the minor’s parent/s or guardian/s via e-mail. The information given by the Participants will only be used by Colgate-Palmolive for the activities of this promotion.
• A participant or group may send as many entries as possible, provided there is no duplication of video entries. The duplicate video will not be considered as a valid entry. The duplicate video will not be considered as a valid entry.
• Video entries will be judged by representatives from Colgate-Palmolive and Y&R Philippines (“Y&R”) based on the following criteria:
  • Creativity– 50%
  • Ability to communicate Twin Sachet message – 50%
  The entry with the highest final score after the judging will be the grand prize winner.
• The grand prize winner will receive P50,000 cash plus gift packs. 1st runner-up will receive P30,000 cash plus gift packs while 2nd runner-up will receive P20,000 cash plus gift packs.
• Winners will be notified by registered mail, phone and by e-mail.
• Prizes must be claimed at the Y&R office, 9th Flr., Marajo Tower, 26th St. cor 4th Ave., Bonifacio Global City.
• To redeem their prizes, contestants from Metro Manila must present: (a) letter-notification of winning from Colgate-Palmolive/Y&R; (b) valid proof of identity and (c) if through a representative, authorization letter from the winner. The representative must also present a valid ID and the letter-notification of Colgate-Palmolive.
• Winners outside Metro Manila will receive their prizes via courier. Courier fees will be shouldered by Colgate-Palmolive.
• B. Others:

  • Submission of entries is from February 15 to March 15, 2012. Winners will be determined on March 30, 2012.
  • Colgate-Palmolive and Y&R will not be liable for any medical emergencies and/or injuries that may be encountered/sustained by the participants during the recording of their video entries.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  • Employees of Colgate-Palmolive, Y&R Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
  • All videos submitted shall be owned by Colgate-Palmolive and can be used in advertising materials at any time without compensation and need for winner's consent.
  • Taxes to all prizes, if any, will be shouldered by Colgate-Palmolive.
  • Redemption period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. If not claimed within given period, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Colgate-Palmolive subject to FDA approval.
  • The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  • The participant is providing video/ information to Colgate-Pamolive Philippines, Inc and Y&R Phils. and not to Facebook.
  • Participants fully release Facebook for any and all liabilities and injuries that may result from their participation in this promotion.
